The acquisition of North Texas Fleet Servicesaligns with Merx Truck & Trailer's strategy of expanding its serviceofferings and geographic reach. With this acquisition, Merx Truck & Trailernow has a strong presence in the Texas region, allowingthe company to better serve customers in the area.
